Acrylic Accessories

We have a selection of cast acrylic accessories that can be used when completing products or when special requirements are needed. Some of the options available include single hinges, piano hinges to continuous hinges, handles, acrylic knobs, slat wall, pegboard and keyhole attachments.

Weld On - 3 Glue Kit

Water thin, high-strength, clear acrylic cement. Weld-On 3 is very fast drying, commonly used when a strong Acrylic, Polycarbonate or ABS weld is required. Applications such as large covers, signs, plastic letters and point of sale.

Weld On - 16 Glue

Solvent style, high strength,  fast curing acrylic cement. Bond forms quickly so parts may be handled within minutes. Joints are water and weather resistant and  is commonly used when a strong acrylic, Polycarbonate or ABS weld is required. Applications such as large covers, signs, plastic letters, tanks and point of sale.

Glue Bottles 

2 oz bottles are required for application with WELD-ON 3 solvent. These bottles aid in gluing acrylic, improving quality for a clear and blemish free join.

Needles

25 and 27 gauge needles are regularly used in conjunction with 2 oz solvent bottles to provide high quality glue joins.
